Policy
As a small business, we try hard to limit the amount of no call/no show appointments the best we can.
A credit card will be needed on file when booking to secure your appointment. All cards are safely secured and encrypted within our trusted booking software. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for no call/no show appointments. In addition, you will no longer be able to prebook any appointments & will have to call for a same day appointment if we have an opening that day.
We will automatically cancel any appointments that are 10 minutes late. Please call the shop and give us notice if you are running behind at all.
We understand things come up that are often times out of our control so we ask that you please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations/reschedule of services if possible.
